Components part numbers to order. After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail
acknowledgement.
Place your first order on the web site
You do not need to have a previously existing account with us to place orders on the Internet.
Just tell us your shipping and billing addresses the first time you order, and we will save the
information for future orders.
Our business and will call hours
We take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Will Call pickup is available in 9am – 6pm from
Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Customized Ordering
If you need reshaped or customized products, we can help. Give us a call , or e-mail us a
description of the product, or a drawing.
Order Delivery
Most orders are delivered in three business days at FedEx ground rates. But if you need a
special delivery or would like to pick up your order, please let us know. If you prefer a certain
carrier, just select Other in the shipping method tool and enter that carrier’s name.
Shipping orders outside the United States
We can ship our products throughout the world using air and ocean transportation services. We
evaluate international orders from all new customers to determine whether we can accept them.
Small orders
At Skyline Components, we do not have order minimums.
Sales tax
We charge sales tax in Arizona.
Returns and exchanges
To return, just send it back to us. When exchanging a product, return the product and place a
new order.

Call, fax, or e-mail us to let us know what kind of information you need. We have Material Safety
Data Sheets (MSDSs) available on request for all products classified as hazardous by OSHA.
Additional information about previous orders
Click on Order History at the top of the web site to view information about your previous orders.
From there you can access your invoices, proofs of delivery, and other shipment information. If
you don't see the information you need, please send us an e-mail and we’ll get it for you.
